SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
WINTER RENTALS. We offer this property for longer stays in the low season. We may be able to offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis, so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
