This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits in the centre of its private garden with stunning sea views. The layout of the Villa and its gardens are all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away. Shrubs and trees surround the lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. Both bedrooms have en suite two bath/shower rooms.

Location, Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Sparta's maze like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away .

Double bedroom with en suite bath and shower – 1 double bed, bedside tables and lamps. French doors to a balcony with a garden view. En suite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Air Con Unit.
Twin bedroom with en suite shower room - Two single beds, French doors to sea view balcony with table and chairs. Tiled en suite shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, washing machine. Air con unit.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is covered parking in the entrance courtyard.
