This delightful apartment is situated in the centre of town at Buller House, just a stones throw from the rivers edge.
Libbys has been refurbished throughout (completed November 2020) and is beautifully furnished in a contemporary and welcoming style. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a reserved parking space in the garage on the ground floor. Please note the full body of the car (not just the wheels) must be fully within the lines in the ground floor garage space so is only suitable for a small to medium sized car. The parking space dimensions are 3.6 metres by 1.9 metres.
The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven, hob, extractor, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has ample comfortable seating and a 42" Smart TV for poor weather days, a DVD player and selection of DVDs and the owners also provide some games. There are two good size bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king size bed and a second twin room. There is also a shower room with wc and wash hand basin.
Libbys is just a two minute stroll from the beach and Looes many cafes, restaurants and shops are all on the doorstep.
