Ce charmant appartement, aux grands volumes et d’une superficie de 65 m², offre au rez-de-chaussée une grande pièce à vivre composée d’une kitchenette toute équipée (réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur dissociée, plaque électrique, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four traditionnel électrique, four micro-ondes, cafetière, grille pains, bouilloire, …) et d’un salon chaleureux.
Un escalier du type échelle de meunier vous permettra d’accéder aux 2 chambres doubles ainsi qu’à la salle d’eau et aux toilettes. Attention toutefois, l’escalier menant à l’étage est quelquepeu déconseillé aux personnes âgées ou jeunes enfants, bien qu’il soit équipé d’une rampe et de marches antidérapantes.
Une petite cour gravillonnée et privative vous permettra de prendre en période estivales vos repas en extérieur.
