Villa Khala is a beautiful spacious 4-star villa with pool in the peaceful and idyllic Istrian settlement Krmed. The villa consists of a main building - a stone house (ground floor + 2 floors) with two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining area, and one storey floor (ground floor + 1 floor) and two covered terrace with barbecue. The terraces are oriented towards the pool and are also used during the day with the use of the swimming pool. A stone-built and modernly equipped house provides peace and privacy in its spacious private garden where there is also a swimming pool of about 16 qm. The pool is outdoor and can only be used from 15.4.-1.10. every year. The house has three bedrooms with bathrooms, two of which are 28 qm and one 20 qm. Each room also has a TV, air conditioning and central heating. Each room has a comfortable bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is a modern equipped living room with kitchen and storage (pantry) of about 32 qm. The living room also has a fireplace. Garden is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also private parking places for three cars on the yard of the villa, which is about 600 qm. On the grounds and on the terraces there are games for children (trampuline). The villa is connected to the Internet and has WI-FI. Pets are welcome. The capacity is 6 + 2 persons, three bedrooms, and two additional extra beds can be added in two rooms. The villa is ideal for families with children or for two families. Vila Khala is rented all year long. The villa is adapted for a stay in winter and has its own central heating with a thermostat for the desired temperature in each room. The villa is located 15 km from Rovinj and 25 km from Poreč. Pula Airport is 30 km away. Our accommodation is adapted to work in conditions of COVID-19. Cleaning guidelines are applied based on the recommendations of professional bodies. We are making a disinfection cleanings in between stays. Villa Khala facilitates social isolation and has a private entrance, no contact with neighbors. Furniture, kitchen and restroom and other surfaces are cleaned with detergent and disinfected with alcohol. The guests have no contact with the neighbors and the hosts. The host will do his best for a safe stay, hi will put hand sanitizer in the villa. The hosts are aware of the new working conditions at the time of Coronavirus and will do everything for the guests to spend their entire stay with minimal contacts with other people.
