Pool heating is optional and comes at a cost of 150€ per week for maintaining a temperature of 24ºC, payable in cash upon arrival. An additional charge of 50€ per week applies for each additional degree, up to a maximum of 26ºC. Requests for pool heating should be made at least one week in advance or, if requested after arrival, the minimum charge of one week applies from the time the heating is turned on.

Other amenities include a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. The villa also provides a carport for two cars and secure parking facilities for an additional two cars, though a hire car is recommended for convenience.
