The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** Queen Size high comfort mattress
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress
Living Room : Sofa-bed 1 with a two person high comfort mattress

Access is easy : before arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Champs Elysees is the trendiest area of Paris, world class the flagship stores of the most high-end luxury brands : Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Dior. It is also a vibrant area with Museums, Palaces, Art Galleries, Cafes, Bars, bakeries and Supermarkets. You will appreciate the Parisian atmosphere in all its fullness. Due to the apartment's central location, you will live in the heart of Paris day by day, and can reach all of the main monuments on foot. From the apartment you are 2min walk to Champs Elysées, 5 minutes to rue du Faubourg St-Honoré.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 3.

No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.

- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
