An extra spacious Soho two bedroom flat in the perfect central London location - a pedestrianised cobbled street. No cars but oodles of charm and quaintness.

This stylish home is on the ground floor of an historic Georgian building. Unusually large for a central London home, the flat is arranged over two floors. It is fully equipped with a high-end kitchen, squishy sofas and even your own private patio. Plus, plus, plus - there is a separate dining area for four people and an additional office with works space for up to two people - maybe three at a push.

Both peaceful bedrooms are downstairs on the lower ground floor as are the two bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite and the other is a shower room. We provide quality white linen and towels for each stay.

Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus stations are all a short walk. No need for cabs and trains in this sought after location. Walk to the theatres, the opera, the market, the river Thames and Trafalgar Square - walk everywhere as it is all on your doorstep.

About you: The lead guest must be 25 years of age or older and ID is required before arrival. All homes are non smoking.

Family visit to London

Pros: Flat is on quiet street in a busy but convenient neighborhood--many bars and restaurants, multiple bus and tube stops, walk to many attractions. Beds are comfortable, sofas are new, baths work well, wifi is good. This is a sprawling old flat with wonky doors, creaky floors and many interior stairs, not a luxury stay, but comfortable and convenient. Cons: Some outlets don't work, washer/dryer takes hours, especially if you follow owner instructions and try to remove clothes for separate drying. Unpleasant chemical smell in entryway, odd hidden closets concealing needed things (e.g. kitchen garbage bags in cubby under stairs, step stool for very high kitchen shelves in downstairs bathroom, fresh towels--very important for damp shower room--in hidden bedroom closet). Take time to locate and explore all the closets on arrival. Owner not very responsive. Management company quick to answer emails but not open on weekends.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was right in the heart of Soho with easy access to shops, restaurants and theaters. The apartment was very charming and even had a private outdoor patio. The owners were fabulous to work with. We received prompt and courteous communication prior to and after our stay. We recommend them highly!!
