Cute and cozy studio apartment located in the heart of Rome just a few steps from Campo dé Fiori! Well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay in the absolute city center.

Situated in a converted monastery, the building offers a welcoming post-card like first impression as well as a quiet and private setting. The apartment features hardwood floors, nicely equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The day zone boasts a comfortable sofa and dining room table for two while the sleeping zone features an upgraded mattress, large armoire and a compact yet efficient en-suite bathroom with shower.

In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and air-conditioning.

The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Guests are provided lots of useful information throughout the booking process, including an online household manual with restaurant recommendations, directions to the apartment and even a digital map for exploring Rome!

Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please respond to our confirmation email at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is 6,00€ per guest (aged 10&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.

A Campo Fiori Gem in the Heart of Rome

Great property in with an incredible location convenient to all Rome has to offer. I would recommend to friends and family. Host was excellent and communicated well along with advice on the area and recommendations.

Little gem in the heart of Rome

Myself and my partner had a wonderful three nights at Corey and Matteo's apartment who were speedy and helpful communicators and kept in touch throughout our stay incase we needed anything. The apartment is excellently located for a visit to Rome and we walked to all the major sights (Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the River amongst others are on the doorstep). The apartment is in a secure courtyard and has everything you would need for a short stay including a very comfy bed and small but very well equipped kitchen. We would definitely recommend and thanks to Corey and Matteo for being great hosts.

Très bien placé...et un très bon accueil! par contre des travaux à l'étage font que nous n'avions pas pu profiter des grasses matinées.

Great location. Wonderful neighborhood. Easy access to all things Roma.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cory is a great host. The apartment was very well situated for us. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance for us... the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Colosseum, and the Circus Maximus (where we enjoyed a great Bruce Springsteen concert). We hope to return!
