The Space:
DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Upon entering, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting living room adorned with stylish furnishings. A studio area offers access to a large terrace with breathtaking sea views, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. This level features three double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite bathrooms with showers. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for accommodating families or groups. Three of the four bedrooms on this floor offer sea views and direct access to the terrace.

Descending to the lower level, guests will find a wet bar and a spacious dining room, seamlessly connected to an internal terrace. A cozy TV room provides entertainment options, while a professional kitchen caters to culinary needs. Two double bedrooms with sea views and en-suite bathrooms complete this floor, offering comfort and tranquility.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will discover four double bedrooms, each featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers. Three of these bedrooms offer access to a terrace with sweeping sea views, providing a serene setting for relaxation. All rooms are thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities.

Outdoors: Villa Superba is surrounded by lush greenery and offers large outdoor terraces for al fresco dining and lounging. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of a private pool (4 x 11 m) and a jacuzzi (2 x 2 m) with heated water and various functions. An outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven and BBQ, provides the perfect setting for culinary gatherings.

Guests can explore the nearby town of Massa Lubrense with local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 1.4 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 16 kilometers away. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 23 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
