The apartment is modern and finely renovated, fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, as well as located a few steps from the Colosseum and with good connections by public transport.
It is the ideal base for stays as a couple or with our own family, but also for stays of a professional nature (smart working or business trips), both for a short or longer duration.
All the furnishings of the apartment have been handcrafted ad hoc by Italian companies, carefully selected with the aim of creating a functional space with a welcoming atmosphere for all my guests.
I love Italy and I love art, I wanted to create an environment that would allow my guests to immerse themselves in the fantastic cultural history of my Country!
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can relax - to be used as an additional bed if necessary -, a convertible table / console and a relaxing area with a small table and a TV.
Behind the sofa, the originally present window has been transformed into a niche, painted by the Italian art school "Lignarius", which reproduced a detail of the frescoes of the beautiful Villa Livia, using natural pigments.
The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable double bed and a TV, a storing space for clothes and personal effects, a full-length mirror and blackout curtains to ensure optimal rest (you will find the bed prepared with clean linen at your arrival).
The bathroom is complete and equipped with a spacious shower, you will find a basic supply for daily cleaning; the kitchen equipment is complete, modern and simple to use (microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator).
The apartment also has a small private balcony, next to a small space used as a cleaning - laundry room.
The building terrace is accessible on request, give yourself a special view of the Roman skyline and let yourself be amazed by the profile of the monuments and the characteristic roofs of the city!
To offer you and all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:
- check-ins after 8pm on request, according to availability and subject to a fee (8-10pm 30€, 10pm-midnight 50€, after 10€ each extra hour); in case of delay on the agreed arrival time, the extra fee will be applied according to the effective arrival time;
- please respect the house and the people who live in the building (don’t make noise between 10pm and 8am in the morning);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (not applied to children up to 10 years); you can pay the city tax amount in cash at the check in;
- guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival;
- each stay is provided with a set of linen based on the number of guests - upon the arrival, all the guests will find the house professionally cleaned, equipped with linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom (one set per guest with a shower and a face towel), a basic supply of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) and detergents for personal hygiene (single-dose cleansing gel and small soap for each guest); it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home; for stays exceeding 6 nights there is an extra cost for linen change based on the number of guests and occupied beds; for medium-long stays over 29 nights, no intermediate supply or change of linen will be provided during the stay.
