This modern and stylish flat has been finished to a very high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings. The large windows let natural light shine through the flat. The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a stylish sofa and SMART TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There is a sofa bed for 1-2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). The spacious bedrooms features a comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen, large windows and storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the popular Leeds Road. A number of award winning restaurants as well as leisure complexes are all a short distance away. Local convenience stores as well as major supermarket chains can all be accessed within a 10 minute drive.

Getting Around:
Bradford interchange train station has access to all major UK stations and is just 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop on Killinghall road with buses to the centre every 5-10 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1-2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.

Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow us enough time to make arrangements.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.


Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
