This apartment was perfect for our family group. Three real bedrooms (one with a single bed), two very modern bathrooms and a modern and well equipped kitchen. We didn’t do any cooking, but you certainly could. The apartment is very quiet ( when the windows are closed), even though it is on an extremely busy street, with many restaurants and one of the most popular sandwich places in Florence, which gets big lineups all day. (We thought the sandwiches were over rated!).
Fabrizio, the host, was helpful, and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was well.
Only possible negative is that there are at least 48 stairs to climb to the apartment, so it would likely not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
Great location, next to the Uffizi, and a short walk to pretty well everything in historic Florence. Highly recommended.
