The flat with 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart Tv, provide all the entertainment and space for 6 people to stay comfortably, as well as the possibility of remote working. In addition, if you are one of those who don't like to stop training, the complex has a gym, sauna and a wonderful social club where you can train and recover your strength to finish. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Located just 300 metres from the beach and Estepona town centre where you will find entertainment and restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and the locals are extremely welcoming. It is child-friendly with plenty of playgrounds, but without disturbing the rest of the town's facilities. Estepona is also ideal for golf lovers as it also has many world famous golf courses in the immediate vicinity with the best facilities and lakes. perfect stay in perfect appartment

schitterend appartement , erg luxe en mooi ingericht , van alle gemakken voorzien , alles was prima verzorgd ook contact met de agency, en locatie is perfect , mooie parking onder het complex voor de auto , dicht bij het strand gelegen en ook dicht bij het oude centrum en supermarkt aan de overkant .

This apartment is in a great location - a short stroll to the beach, a beautiful pool area on the roof, next to the old town and very close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Communication from GHR was excellent and check in with Carmen was seamless. The apartment is on the first floor so a little bit of street noise), but sitting on the generous balcony with a drink (and sun blinds) is most enjoyable! This luxury apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. Estepona is a terrific beachside town - we enjoyed immensely. John and Denise. September 2023

This property matched our expectations. We wanted somewhere that was in walking distance to the harbour/port and also the old town. This property made both walkable quite easily. There is also a handy supermarket opposite. Very clean and tidy. We would stay here again if we come back to Estepona.
