The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal for nights spent at home with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and espresso coffee machine.

The dining area has seating for four.

The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king size bed or two twin beds, there is also a built in wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Off the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with rainforest shower, WC and hand wash basin.

The second bedroom has a stately king sized bed and ample storage.

Alongside the ensuite bathroom, Wingtips also offers a large family bathroom featuring a deep bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

• Access Statement – Wingtips is an apartment located on the second floor. From the carpark, the building is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of fourteen steps, followed by one step up into the building. Once inside the property, there is a lift available for guests’ use. However, should the stairs be used, please note there are a further six flights of stairs consisting of thirty steps to second floor where the apartment is located.
