House of 240m2 is located between the towns of Sant Antoni de Calonge and Palamós 3km from the beach, 5km from Platja d'Aro and 40km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on three floors with a large outdoor garden area and a totally private pool open all year with barbecue. It has a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main floor and a double bedroom with a terrace on the upper floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, flat screen TV, AC, heating, wifi throughout the property , private garage and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 28 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
