The Space:
This rustic holiday house with swimming pool for 8 people with a spacious terrace and garden is located in a small quiet place, Čabrunići, near medieval town Svetvincenat.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace in authentic Istrian style, a kitchen, a room with a double bed with access to the terrace, and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another bathroom, and three rooms with double beds, two of which have access to a spacious balcony overlooking toward the West Coast. An ideal place to relax with morning coffee and an evening glass of wine at sunset.
The central place to socialize is a spacious covered terrace, next to the pool which is surrounded by a greenery, with a barbecue area on one side and children's swings on the other side of the pool. While the area around the pool is paved with stone, "bathed" in the sun throughout the day, ideal for sunbathing.

The Neighborhood:
Čabrunići is a small village located in the south of central Istria, only 8 km away from Svetvincenat, one of the best-preserved medieval towns on the Istrian peninsula.
Svetvincenat, known for the Renaissance square "Placa" with the castle Morosini-Grimani, a symbol of the place and one of the most important fortifications of the Venetian army of that time in Istria, today attracts a rich tourist offer and various events. A medieval festival that offers visitors the magic of other times is certainly one of the reasons why guests visit this attractive town.
