Enjoy a special holiday in a unique, elegant and comfortable house in the city. The house is located next to the river that crosses the town of Lixouri. It is a beautiful, large, bright accommodation of 150 m2 inside the city and a short distance from the center and the port
It consists of three floors. On the ground floor is the entrance of the accommodation and the internal staircase, on the first floor the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room and the living room while on the second floor is the third bedroom (35m2) with the third bathroom and the large terrace. All interiors have separate balconies and views of the mountains of Anogi, the beautiful garden and the river. It is fully equipped and can accommodate 8 persons.
In combination with the accommodation RIVER 1 , which can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, they can become an ideal place for large groups (10 - 12 people in total).
RIVER 2 as well as RIVER 1 each have a separate autonomous input.

But if you want to move outside of it and visit the island's amazing beaches, as well as other interesting sights of the place, it is necessary to use transport. In case you don't have one, there are buses, taxis and rental cars and motorbikes.
In a very short distance (400-500 m) you will find the market where you can find everything you need during your stay.
A few meters further on, on the coastal road and in the square there are amazing restaurants and pastry shops that give you the opportunity to taste the local cuisine of Kefalonia. On summer afternoons the streets around the square and the coastal road are paved and locals and visitors alike enjoy leisurely strolls on foot. Finally, you will have the opportunity to do a market research on excellent local Cephalonian products and gifts, which you will find around the square and in the shops of the pedestrian street that starts from the south side of the square.
