Other things to note
This is an apartment within a building in a residential area, therefore please do bear in mind that entrance door is communal and please do respect my neighbours. There may be a potential of noise - as with every central London property.
This is my home, please bear in mind that I have some of my belongings within the property.
Apartment lock - is a little tricky to open, please be careful with the latch and do not push it down. Also the windows - are a bit stiff - please be careful with them.
Drainage - it is a communal drainage system as most apartment blocks, therefore please be careful
Condensation - please do ensure you always keep the apartment ventilated as it is an old building therefore please open windows and vents whenever possible to allow air to circulate.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
