As soon as the issue was reported, we dispatched two different HVAC vendors to the property in an effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. As for the private beach, in Walton county the owner of the home owns the property directly in front of the house. The private beach ends where the high tide waterline begins. So, basically, the wet sand is considered public beach. We have alerted our team to the elevator problem so it may be repaired. We thank you for staying and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future. We hope, despite any inconvenience, you had a great time at the beach.

Destiny by the Sea is a large neighborhood that does have multiple entrances but only one should appear on maps for your arrival as the remainder are private, we are sorry for that confusion. I apologize for any confusion but we do not list umbrellas on any of the DBTS homes due to their rules however, we do provide them for all other homes without those community rules. We are always a call away and we are happy to hear we could be quick and responsive.
