Ervin's Downtown Apartment is a newly refurbished apartment in Agios Lazaros, a charming district of Zakynthos town. The apartment's modern furnishings, together with its convenient location, make it one of the best choices for a memorable trip! Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, a dining room, a living area (with a sofa bed), and a fully equipped kitchen make up the apartment. Both bedrooms include large closets, high-definition televisions, and air conditioning. The apartment's two balconies, which overlook the city of Zakynthos, can be accessed from the living room and the main bedroom.

Agios Lazaros, located less than one kilometer from the city center, is one of Zakynthos' most attractive and peaceful districts. The harbor, Dionysiou Solomos Square, and the city's museums are all within walking distance. Walking down to the coast, you'll come across the church of Agios Dionysios and have the option to see all of the island's old "cantonments."

At the foot of the Bochali hill, Zakynthos stands as both the island's capital city and principal port. Visitor attractions in Zakynthos include the well-known church of San Dionisio, which houses the saint's relics, various museums, and the distinctive squares of D. Solomos and Saint Mark, the latter of which dates to the Venetian era and is home to the island's sole catholic church. A very attractive neighborhood surrounds the ruins of the old Venetian castle, which are situated at the top of the hill of Strani in the city's back, in addition to the seaside (marine road) and its tiny interior streets.
