We are thrilled to welcome you to Affleck's Residence, a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment located in the Northern Quarter. This recently renovated property has an open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for a cozy home-away-from-home stay. This apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table which also doubles as an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
The king-size bedroom is fitted with blackout curtains and a custom built wardrobe unit.
BATHROOMS
There is 1 bathroom with a shower unit. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable single sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter. You can be at Manchester Piccadilly Gardens in less than 5 minutes walking distance. There is public street parking spaces available behind the building - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park at 77 Oldham Road; Cable Street Car Park - charges may apply. The property is only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and 15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly Station. You can also access extensive bus and tram networks from Piccadilly Gardens only a 7 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. You will be required to take the stairs up to the 1st floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
