With its rustic charm and country decor, this exceptionally charming retreat offers a unique sense of privacy, complemented by elegantly appointed bedrooms, inviting living areas, and marvelous Mediterranean gardens with a private swimming pool.

The Space:
Indoors: Villa Lucia is spread over two floors, connected by a staircase. The main entrance of this historical villa leads into spacious living areas decorated with Italian antique furniture, elegant sofas, and a traditional kitchen with a pizza oven and dining area, creating a unique atmosphere. From the living area, a staircase leads to the first and second floors where the double bedrooms and bathrooms unfold into a series of elegant interiors with every comfort. The first floor can be accessed by ascending an internal staircase consisting of 20 steps. Additionally, the second floor is situated 16 steps above the first floor.

Outdoors: Villa Lucia has a main gate entrance leading to the outdoor areas and parking facilities. The shaded patio of the property, furnished for lounging and dining, leads to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas. The garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers and an expansive lawn where guests can unwind and relax. We kindly inform you that surveillance cameras have been installed outdoors and at the entrance of this property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in Massa Lubrense, Villa Lucia offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Massa Lubrense with its local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. The fishermen's village and harbor are located just 3 kilometers away, while the enchanting Puolo Bay is also within a 3 kilometer distance. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 10 kilometers away, providing opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 6 kilometers away. Additionally, the distance to the picturesque town of Positano is 22 kilometers.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
