The living area
Starting with the views, that are EPIC (it’s not easy to find places near the beach in Barcelona where you can see trees when looking outside the window) and continuing with the ever-present sensation of spaciousness (also hard to get in this area) and touching on the great taste of the interior decoration - it’s would take us a whole day to sing this flat’s every praise.
Form and function do come together, as you will find that 10 people have absolutely everything they need to feel very comfortable. The perfectly stacked kitchen makes cooking amazing meals effortless and the dining area plus the fine china makes it a pleasure to serve exquisite meals.
Adjacent to the dining area, a cozy lounge space complete with a sofa you’ll want to sink in featuring all the throw pillows in the world, is ideal for watching the flat screen TV right in front of it, discussing the meaning of life by a cup of well aged wine, or planning your new touristic adventures.
Plus, there’s always the balcony, for sunrise or sunset chasing, towards which the lounge/dining area opens in all its splendor.
The resting area
As for the bedrooms, there are five: two of them have Queen size double beds, each of them decorated in a unique way, to give it plenty of character, a third one fitted with two single beds, a fourth one with bunk beds, and the fifth one which is a single room. Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet - or as we’d like to say, the perfect bedroom. The two bathrooms that serve the are newly renovated with quality materials and great attention to detail.
Guests of this flat also have full access to the communal swimming pool, garden and the flat’s stunning terrace, for 360 degree views of the city. And there’s a lot to see.
The proximity to Barcelona’s most elite beaches (Nova Icaria. Bogatell) opens up a lot of possibilities to enjoy everything sea related (sunbathing, swimming, water sports) and gives you plenty of options for nightlife, outside dining, drinking, dancing or whatever activity you want to spend your time on while visiting this ever vibrant city.
With the Barceloneta neighborhood on one side and the Poblenou on the other, it will be hard to decide which activity to choose next. If you are traveling with children, the Parc la Ciutadella is close. Inside it you will find a natural oasis in the heart of the city (and also the famous Barcelona Zoo).
Visible from your terrace, you can pay a visit to the Port Olimpic, home to the Mapfre Towers, the Hotel Arts, and Frank O’Gehry’s famous fish sculpture. These iconic landmarks are vital parts of the city's identity.
Pro tip: take a stroll down the Rambla del PobleNou and bask in Barcelona's electric atmosphere
