If you are looking for an ideal space to enjoy Madrid's culture in all its splendor, this new property located in the heart of Madrid is for you. The property is designed to provide the best comfort experience and enjoyment, has a total capacity of up to 4 people; two bedrooms with double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa, two bathrooms fully equipped with shower and toilet and a kitchen with an space which has all the necessary; cutlery, kitchenware and everything you need for you to enjoy cooking your favorite Spanish recipes.
Located near the Santiago Bernabeu, its location is ideal for those travelers looking to enjoy Madrid in a different way, away from the big crowds of the center, but connected to the main tourist resources of the city from a space that allows telework and stay in comfort.

Chamartin is one of the best places to stay in Madrid, the district is the ideal area for those who love to be close to the center and the main points of interest the city, but away from the noise and the bustle of its streets. It is characterised for being a typical district of Madrid with all the Madrid culture representative of the city where each of its streets tells a story that envelops you and makes you fall in love.

This area is very well connected and has a wide cultural offer and numerous green and landscaped areas. You will have within walking distance the National Auditorium of Music, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Museum of the City, the Berlin Park, the Canal de Isabel II Park, the Courts of Plaza de Castilla and not being little, if you are a soccer lover, a few meters away you will find the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium where Real Madrid plays the most legendary matches.

The area has paid parking in the vicinity of the apartment. It is free on Saturdays from 14:00 pm, and on Sundays all day.
Perfectly communicated with the main points of the city. A few steps away you will have the metro stations Santiago Bernabeu and Nuevos Ministerios from where you can access to the subway lines: L10, L6 and L8 that will take you to the most important points of the city.
In addition, you will have places of interest close to the apartment such as the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the Sorolla Museum, Museum of Natural Sciences among others that we want you to discover the moment you arrive so that you fall in love with all the wonders that this magnificent location hides.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is supplementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
