Within a short drive you can reach the popualr attractions of Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World. From the house you can walk to Swanage Steam Railway Station, the sandy beaches and the victorian pier. 
On arriving at the property you are greeted by a warm and welcoming home. Tastefully decorated throughout the ground floor the open plan living and dining area provides a comfortable living space. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. Outside the garden features a decked alfresco eating area.
On the 1st floor you will find a single bedroom at the rear, a doubled bedrooms both serviced by a shower room and to the front with views to North Cliff and with the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom.
