50 km from Milan and 10 minutes from Verbania, Villa Zucchi offers the typical charm of a country house of the 800, with all the modern technological comforts. It overlooks a garden that slopes down towards Lake Maggiore, of which it offers a magnificent view.
From the entrance you go down a few steps and reach a living room with children's games, piano and TV. From there you can reach two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can be joined together and a bathroom with shower.
From here, going up another floor, you reach the attic with exposed wood and panoramic windows overlooking the lake, equipped as a children's playroom and a sitting room with armchairs and sofas that can become two more double beds.
On the ground floor of this wing of the villa, with access also from the courtyard, there is the living room with fireplace (decorative only), the billiard room and a small bathroom.
A few tens of meters after Villa Zucchi, on the same Via Maggiore, there is the renowned restaurant "Chi-Ghin".
In the center of the small village of Bee there is a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, bar and pizzeria.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the Bee Tennis Club and a 10-minute walk to the swimming pool with children's playground and pizzeria/restaurant.
