The villa is the perfect place for your holiday in Lanzarote located on a exclusive gated community that has direct access to the seafront promenade. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The villa offers stunning sea views from the terrace and panoramic sea views, looking over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, from the roof terrace you also have amazing views of Montaña Roja.
Turning left on the promenade it is a short 10-minute walk away from the stunning Playa Flamingo beach where you can find restaurants, a small supermarket and cafes. Or turn right and after a 5-minute walk you arrive at La Mulata, where there are various restaurants and chill out bars.
The villa comprises of three bedrooms a master, and two twin bedrooms. The villa has 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms offer a single sink with an over-bath shower. The indoor dining area is a bright beautiful space with a atrium with seating for 4 guests. This is just off a separate kitchen which is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. There is a further area outside with a washing machine. Our living room is fully kitted out with a 75 inch tv with IPTV, with hundreds of films, series and TV channels. There are also many channels for different nationalities. Free WIFI is included in your stay.
The stunning extensive outdoor areas is where the villa excels , the villa boasts a large terrace area with a 12m x 4m fully heated swimming pool which has a gate to stop children entering the pool area alone and a large Jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ. In addition to this, there are various areas to get some sun on the loungers by the pool or on the comfortable rattan sofas located on both the terrace level and also on the stunning roof terrace which has lockable gate at the bottom and the top of the staircase for children safety in mind it also has a shaded area with incredible views of Montana Roja, the Atlantic Ocean and views of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.
