Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to user overload caused by the service providers and due to the season density.

Note: Minimum stay is 5 nights. A cleaning fee of 1,000 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
Note: Since regional infrastructure works are carried out periodically in Ölüdeniz, Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located, there is a possibility that road construction, pavement works, electricity and water cuts, and internet access interruptions may occur due to these works.
Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 100 sterlin is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
