Three Jays - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Nestled at the top of a private driveway in the stunning village of Prinsted and overlooking the conservation area in the centre of the village. The village itself is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Three Jays has been thoughtfully and lovingly renovated with attention to detail making sure you will have everything you will need for your stay.

Entering the house into a large hallway leading into the sitting room dining room where there is a lovely large dining table with comfortable seating for 8 overlooking the garden. The sitting area has been beautifully furnished with three large sofas, there is a smart TV and large casement doors opening onto the patio and private rear garden. In this room there is a lovely log burner adding to the cosy feel of the house.

The large kitchen has a breakfast area and is equipped for guests to comfortably self catering for their stay with dishwasher, double oven, electric hob, fridge, toaster and microwave. Off the kitchen there is a utility area with a heated drying rack, washing machine and freezer, this room also gives side access to the garden,

Back into the hallway there are four bedrooms, one king bedroom, one bunk, a super king and the master suite has a super king and an en suite shower room, all the rooms have high quality, luxury bedding. The two super king rooms have zip and link beds, please let us know at the time of booking how you would like the beds configured. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a separate WC.

Outside there is a lovely private east facing rear garden with patio and large lawned area. To the front there is parking for three cars on the driveway.

Every care really has been taken to make sure guests have a lovely experience at Three Jays.

Perfect location with all the comforts of home

We had the pleasure to stay at Three Jays and could not have picked a better place to stay. The home is well stocked with anything you need for your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Spacious and well appointed home for family gathering

We wanted a property for a family gathering over Christmas and Three Jays was an excellent solution that surpassed our expectations. The hosts had clearly thought carefully about what guests may need and we were blown away by their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The accommodation was clean, stylish and spacious. We easily fitted everyone in while meeting their various needs and still had room to host a couple of quiet dinner gatherings. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. The dog in our party was extremely well provided for and he thoroughly enjoyed the warm water spray when returning from muddy walks! This property is definitely on our list for a return visit.

Great stay

This property is excellent with all the facilities you could want, an actual home from home. We had a family holiday to visit Glorious Goodwood with 5 adults and 2 children. The location is great for the area and there is a lovely walk down to the marina. The kitchen is very well stocked and there was even dishwasher tablets and laundry products. We really couldn’t fault the stay at all it’s a very comfortable bungalow with 3 good size double bedrooms and a 4th room with bunk beds. There is one en-suite and family bathroom as well as a separate toilet, always good to have 3 toilets with a large family group.

Lovely well-equipped cottage

We have stayed in this cottage before and it has always been clean and well-equipped. It was perhaps not quite as clean this time as previously but still very good. The garden is very good for the dog. It could be improved by the addition of a larger umbrella or awning for shade, and some garden loungers, also the ability to lock the gates to prevent someone walking in. We felt it was too expensive and this would put us off returning.

Prinsted Lane

This was a very clean, well presented and beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a quiet area that was 30 minutes from the beeches and with lakes nearby. We would definitely stay there again.
