Modern apartment with a Large PRIVATE Balcony (30 sqm) & outdoor Jacuzzi that Chills the water by Day & Heats the water by Night. Set in a quiet, peaceful location, yet close to the attractions of Coral Bay / Paphos. Spend hours gazing at the beautiful scenery, watching the landscape change with every passing hour, sunrise to sunset, listening to the sound of nature. We are a short walk from Peyia village & all local amenities. The two best sandy beaches in area, Corallia & Coral Bay are 5 minutes drive.

The space

The apartment is newly renovated with a fully fitted kitchens, AC, en-suite shower room, free Wi-Fi, safety deposit box and digital TV, which will enable you to stream movies, videos, sports and live International TV channels.

If you feel like just chilling out in the complex, but not by the large communal pool, the apartment benefits from having a LARGE private balcony, with a pergola (providing shade from the sun) and private hot tub / cooling pool (Bluetooth enabled speakers).

Alternatively you can relax by the large communal swimming pool (Heated & Air Conditioned Swimming Pool), enjoying the fresh sea breeze and experiencing the best coastline and panoramic mountain views in Paphos, whilst surfing the internet on the free swimming pool Wi-Fi. The swimming pool lighting offers you the unique experience to relax underneath the impressive night time sky. Why not even throw yourself a BBQ during the day (grills / utensils provided & free Wi-Fi) or enjoy our meditation garden in the early mornings or late afternoons!

Fantastic self catered apartment in Peyia

Having stayed in Paphos for the first half of my trip, I wanted somewhere quieter that wasn't too far away. This self-catered apartment ticked all of those boxes and more. The location is fantastic, with stunning mountain and sea views within a ten-minute drive to Coral Bay Beach and the big Philippos supermarket. I received a warm welcome from Christian, the host, whose communication was excellent. He was extremely attentive and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and any problems were resolved immediately. He genuinely cares. Your comfort is his priority, and it shows. There was champagne and snacks on arrival, which was a nice touch, and I received a comprehensive welcome pack of information on nearby amenities and the most recommended attractions. The balcony is huge with outdoor seating and a brand new jacuzzi which was the studio's best feature; it even has a cooling setting perfect for the hot summer days and bluetooth connectivity so you can play some tunes whilst relaxing. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed for a long-term stay, as I was there for five weeks. I could have easily spent all my time there between the takeaway delivery app, on-site pool and private jacuzzi. This is an excellent base with good wifi if you are a digital nomad/remote worker. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and totally at ease. This is a place I would return to whenever I am in Cyprus. Thank you to Christian and his team for a wonderful stay!
