In this courtyard there is a big Jacuzzi to enjoy a relaxing bath with cold water or hot. The Jacuzzican be heated on request and at an extra charge (100€ per week)

On the first floor there are three double bedroom one with a bathroom en suite. Access to a good size terrace with sun-beds, table and chairs. The Plaza Mayor and most of the restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops are within short walking distance.

The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are accessible in 10 minutes drive by car.

This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
