The New England style lakeside holiday cottages on Isis and Windrush are positioned around three natural, reed edged lakes, located within the Cotswold Water Park. The resort is a family friendly, pet friendly, holiday park which boasts exceptionally well managed grounds and a wide selection of fun activities for the whole family.

These luxury, lakeside holiday cottages come in three or four bedrooms, with most properties offering open plan living which opens out onto your own private, lakeside sun deck. Each master bedroom boasts a double height picture window with excellent views of one of the three lakes or gardens.

Isis & Windrush lakes offer a great safe family friendly location with a wide range of activities on-site or nearby for children of all ages.

You can enjoy three all-weather tennis courts, one of which is floodlit, a children's adventure playground, football goal, croquet, boules, table tennis and a golf practice net. There is also a games room conveniently located within the tennis pavilion which includes a pool table, table football and a selection of video games so even if the weather isn't the best there is still plenty to keep everyone occupied.

Windrush Lake is good for water fun as you can take out your own paddle board, kayak or canoe. The three lakes offer excellent carp and trout fishing from well maintained fishing platforms. Look out for the plentiful wildlife and wildfowl around the lakes, the ducks and geese will often pay you a visit.

The Local Area

Isis and Windrush lakes are located within the Cotswold Water Park. South Cerney Outdoors are on the lake next door offering a wide range of water sports and fun activities for all ages. The Lakeside Bar & Brasserie is set on nearby Spring Lake, a great location to relax on the decking and watch the waterskiing. There are many other lakes offering a wide range of water sports, fun activities with some great local visitor attractions, country pubs, restaurants and lakeside cafe's nearby.

Located just over the road is the Visitor Centre, The Gateway Cafe and Bar with an excellent pizza takeaway, there is also the De Vere Cotswolds Hotel which also includes a restaurant, bar and spa facilities.

The village of South Cerney is also close by and offers great local pubs, takeaways and local convenience shops. There are many well marked footpaths, walks and cycle trails that take you through the very heart of the Cotswolds Water Park and beyond.

Just 15-minutes drive away is the popular market town of Cirencester, often described as ‘the capital of the Cotswolds' and the vibrant cities of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bath.
