The modern lodge is spacious having a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, lounge with Smart TV, two comfy sofas, and a small selection of games for added entertainment. The conservatory to the front of the property benefits from extensive views across the lake where you can while away the hours enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple, watching the wildlife or those partaking in water sport activities.
There are two double bedrooms, the twin having an en-suite and fully fitted wardrobes, and a contemporary family bathroom. Outside there is a fully decked terrace with patio furniture and uninterrupted views of the lake, in addition, an enclosed side garden for alfresco dining.
There is allocated parking for one car to the side of the property. The resort itself has a wealth of activities on offer, including swimming pool, steam room, whirlpool and gym and tennis court (all free of charge). There is also on an on-site Spa if you fancy a pamper (chargeable).
For the energetic, try your hand at mini golf, cycling or even the variety of water sports available, water sports activities are at an additional cost. There is a play area and playground for children, plus picnic areas around the lake to enjoy on warm sunny days.
The resort is ideally located close to major road networks making the Lake District a mere 30-minute drive away and Lancaster and Morecambe equidistant in the other direction.
Carnforth is the nearest town, only a short 10 minute drive away, having supermarkets, independent shops, pubs and takeaways.
