Access to the apartment is on ground level (no steps ) when approaching from the left, passing by one of the swimming pools, or one set of steps from the right, up from the lower access road/path.
The apartment is cleaned, sanitised and prepared to exacting local regulatory health standards by professional cleaning staff. Health Department specified cleaning products are used and operate to regulated cleaning procedures and routines.
Property keys to be collected from the local property manager company based in Calahonda (and returned on day of departure), details will be provided.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed , bedroom furniture, wardrobe space.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds bedroom furniture, wardrobe space.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
A linen pack, hair dryer and an iron are all included.
Note additional linen packs are available for hire at a nominal extra cost from the local management company.

Close to the apartment urbanisation is a local bus stop.
For the golf enthusiast La Siesta Golf Club (turning left from the apartment urbanisation gate) has a 9 hole par 3 course which surrounds the urbanisation, hire of golf clubs is available from La Siesta, the clubhouse has an excellent quality restaurant and bar open to the public.
For Tennis enthusiasts there is Club Del Sol (opposite the Golf club) which has multiple courts for hire or if you prefer squash courts, table tennis or maybe make use of the gym. The club also has a bar and a “very large” terrace to relax with a drink overlooking the tennis courts. The restaurant Dos Leones is only a short walk further along from the La Siesta Golf club with a great menu, particularly worth mentioning are the excellent quality steaks!
Continuing walking approx 12 minutes uphill hill from here staying on Calle Don Jose de Orbaneja (3 mins by car ) and passing the dog walking park, there is the very popular Spanish run Miel Y Nata mountain restaurant and the excellent Millenium Cocktail bar which usually has regular live music along with a couple more restaurants to explore.
A 12 minute walk turning right from the apartment Urbanisation and following the road Calle Don Jose de Orbaneja and then turning left onto Avenida de Espania will take you to the well-known “Calahonda strip” which has multiple restaurants/bars a supermarkets/shop and local tourist information.
The El Zoco Complex further down pass the Strip towards the dual carriageway is also well worth a visit which has multiple restaurants,bars, various shops, and a large supermarket.
Sitio de Calahonda town centre amenities (banks, shops & supermarkets, cafes are approximately 25 minute walk (5 mins in a car) from the apartment turning right on to Calle Don Jose de Orbaneja and then right on to Avenida de Espania and following the road around to the end.
The local beaches “Calahonda beach” and “Luna beach” are both under 2 km away from the apartment approx 30 minutes walk or just a few minutes by car, with access to the fantastic “boardwalk” taking you along the beautiful coast line.
