It is a handy and functional 117 m2 apartment for 11 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the mezzanine floor of the building.

The apartment consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, all with double bed, plus one of them with a sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, heating, TV, a full bathroom, a second bathroom without shower and an additional room with a second shower (all newly renovated), equipped with towels and toiletries. You will also have a sofa bed for two people in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery and other usual utensils; in the bathroom you will find shower gel and hairdryer; and in the accommodation bed linen, towels, iron and everything you need so you do not have to worry about anything; it also has a dining area. All the comfort to feel at home.

In order to ensure good coexistence between our guests and other neighbors, a decibel meter has been installed in the facilities in order to prevent excessive noise in the accommodation.

Request in your reservation a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

The accommodation offers a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon for only 6€ per person, exclusive price for our guests.
