Wood will be provided only once for the fireplace; any additional requests for wood will be subject to a charge.
During the pool season, electricity and water bills will be covered by guests, calculated by our side.
A deposit is taken upon arrival. It is returned after all checks have been carried out.
Our house is located on a hillside, and therefore access is provided by a steep road.

Please be informed that we cannot confirm or process your check-in safely without your ID registration. As a result, it's most likely that you might face severe constraints and disruptions during your stay if you fail to meet this requirement before your check-in.
