It is therefore essential to reset your odometer as directed below. The kilometre readings given in these directions (shown in brackets) are only for guidance and may not be exact. We suggest that before you set off you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models, press the button until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. Please take care driving on these roads. From Ajaccio Airport (approximately 3 hours) 1. Where the airport side road meets the main N193(T20), bear right and then continue on the N193(T20) when it veers left in a kilometre or so. Important Information about your holiday 2. It takes you across the mountains to Corte (Corti) and then onto Ponte Leccia. 3. On arrival in Ponte Leccia you will come to a roundabout where there is a Super U supermarket to your left. Take the 2nd exit, going straight ahead onto the N197(T30) signposted Ile Rousse and Calvi. 4. Continue on this road (which becomes the N1197). After approximately 29km this road reaches the coast and takes you to Ile Rousse (L'Isula Rossa). 5. Continue on the N197(T30) through Ile Rousse and Lumio following signs for Calvi. 6. As you approach Calvi town you will go past the French Foreign Legion camp, Camp Raffalli, on your left. Shortly after this you will arrive at a roundabout. Go straight ahead and continue up to the next roundabout. 7. Keep on this road and continue past the next 2 roundabouts taking the first exit each time towards Calvi town center, you will pass the Super U Supermarket and an Esso petrol station after this you will take the left turn at Rue Jean Toussaint Guglielmacci and then an immediate left turn onto Roude du Santore you will pass Pizzeria L’instant and take the next right turn ( Residence Orangerie) along the side of the Calvi stadium. 8. Turn left at the T junction onto Avenue Santa Maria until you reach a right turn onto chemin Donateo (this turn is located just before the sign for EDF) 9. Continue on this road for 750m until you see on the right the 2 villas 10. The entrance is on the right and is level with the 4 green letterboxes on the left hand side of the road. 11. Villa Sottu is the first villa and Villa Sopra the 2nd set just above. Welcome to Villas Sottu From Bastia Airport (approximately 1 hour 40 minutes; 93km) 1. Once you have left the airport, after 1.2km you will come to a roundabout. Go straight ahead over the bridge and take the 1st exit on the right signposted Calvi N193(T20)-5. 2. Continue on this road for 1.2km then take the 1st exit signposted Calvi and Ajaccio. At the roundabout go straight over and continue on this road for 1.5km until you come to another roundabout. Take the 2nd exit signposted Calvi and Ajaccio. Follow this road for 1.2km to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit for Ajaccio, Calvi, Corte and Ile Rousse on the N193(T20). 3. Continue on the N193(T20) for 28km. On arrival in Ponte Leccia you will go over a bridge and come to a roundabout where you will see a Super U supermarket facing you. Take the 1st exit right onto the N197(T30) signposted Ile Rousse and Calvi. 4. Follow the directions from Ajaccio airport from step 4. From Calvi Airport (approximately 5 minutes; 5km) 1. Turn right out of the airport. After 3km you will come to a roundabout. 2. Take the 2nd exit onto the N197(T30) towards Calvi. 3. Keep on this road and continue past the next 2 roundabouts taking the first exit each time towards Calvi town center ,you will pass the Super U Supermarket and an Esso petrol station after this you will take the left turn at Rue Jean Toussaint Guglielmacci and then an immediate left turn onto Roude du Santore you will pass Pizzeria L’instant and take the next right turn ( Residence Orangerie) along the side of the Calvi stadium. 4. The car park exit is on the right as you face the terminal building. At the exit to the car park bear right to join the road (the left turn takes you back to the terminal). Continue straight on for approximately 3km until you reach the T-junction (D859) signposted left to Porto Vecchio, Figari and Sotta, and right to Ajaccio, Bonifacio and Pianottoli-Caldarello. Turn left in the direction of Porto Vecchio (Portivecchju). 2. Near Porto Vecchio the road joins the main N198(T10) and you turn left. Follow this main road northbound via Solenzara, Ghisonaccia and Aléria. 3. At Aléria, turn left onto the N200 towards Corte. On arrival in Corte take the N193(T20) towards Ponte Leccia. After approximately 21km you will arrive in Ponte Leccia. You will come to a roundabout, where you will see a Super U supermarket to the left. Take the 2nd exit, going straight ahead onto the N197(T30) signposted Ile Rousse and Calvi. 4. Follow the directions from Ajaccio airport from step 4.
