Welcome to Casa Vigia, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom property overlooking the beautiful beach town of La Herradura on the Costa Tropical.

The property has its own private entrance and is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom (Queen) with ensuite (with large walk-in double shower) and a separate laundry room (with washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board)

On the first floor is the master bedroom (Queen) with ensuite (Bath with shower) as well as the 3rd (Queen) and 4th bedrooms (Twin) and family bathroom (Bath with shower). Fresh bed linens and house towels are provided for arrival.

The top floor offers a large open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas & armchairs, large screen, smart TV (So you can login to your Netflix, Amazon or other streaming Apps etc) a desk, large wooden dining table (seating 10) and a bar area.

The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the sun terrace with amazing sea views. There are two sun-lounger chairs and a table with seating for 4. There is also direct access to the well equipped kitchen (With oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine & microwave). The top floor also has a W.C.

All rooms have air-conditioning which also provide heat in winter months.

Other things to note
To get the wonderful views, the house is located on the hillside overlooking La Herradura. A car is essential. It's a short drive down to the beach, supermarkets & restaurants.

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood so the property is not suitable for parties or loud music.

The casa is arranged over three floors so will not suit those with mobility issues.

The communal swimming pool & padel courts are located up a flight of stairs. The main and children's pool are open 1st April - 31st Oct..
