Situated in Vila Nova de Gaia, this spacious house is tastefully furnished to suit and accommodate up to eight people.

The bright living space features a comfy seating area, an entertainment space fitted with a pool table and foosball, and a dining table for six where you can have meals with loved ones.

You can also dine al fresco style outside and enjoy some fresh air. Plus, feel free to dip in the private outdoor pool on warm days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutleries to cook various delicious meals.

There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain a queen bed, and the third has a queen bed and a bunk bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Located just a stone's throw from two stunning beaches, Praia de Lavadores and Praia da Madalena, you can soak up some sunshine and then enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area, such as Ar d'Mar and Casa D. Amélia. This is the perfect destination for your next vacation, with incredible views, unique attractions, and vibrant nightlife!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Madalena (lines: Aveiro, R), is just a 30-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
