Anastasia: Villa with private pool

This beautiful Villa Anastasia is for 6 people and is in L'Escala. It is a very bright family house where you can breathe tranquillity. It is a 15 minutes (1.5 km) walk to Riells beach, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, it has a garden with a private pool of 18 m2 with its sun loungers, a large terrace to enjoy eating outside, next to the pool you will find a built-in barbecue and a chill out area with a sofa and 2 armchairs to enjoy the best summer nights.
The living room has a Smart TV.
The open kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and oven. Next to the kitchen there is a large table where you can enjoy meals with wonderful views of the garden.
This accommodation has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), and two bedrooms with two single beds of 90cm each one . All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning. They have fitted wardrobes. On the first floor you will find a terrace to enjoy the sun.
There are 2 bathrooms with a shower in this accommodation, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
From the living-dining room you have direct access to the pool.
This accommodation has hot and cold a/c through ducts throughout the house, WIFI, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack with tongs and an indoor garage for one car.
Does not allow pets.

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
