There are three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, with a separate shower room for the third and each come equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. Outside, the covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. An inviting pool sits proudly at the front of the villa with sun loungers provided to chill out and soak up the sunshine. To the side of the villa, a further dining area awaits you nestled amidst a variety of rustic plants, trees and shrubs typical to Menorca, providing welcoming natural shade - what better way to relax with a favourite book?  

For those wanting to get away from it all Addaia is an idyllic choice, one of the quieter resorts on the Island yet still full of charm and appeal. A beautiful marina and a couple of shops and restaurants are all within a short walk from the villa. A little further afield, Coves Novas has a square with a number of bars and restaurants and a children's play area whilst the stunning beach at Arenal den Castel can be easily reached within a few minute's drive or bus ride away.
