The villa, arranged on two floors for a total of 200 square meters, is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall in the living area, fireplace area with sofas and TV, kitchen area equipped with every comfort, dining area with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and sleeping area with large double bedroom and single bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is built with quality materials, exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, brick pillars, ceilings with wooden beams, attention to detail. Outdoor patio with table and chairs, garden with lawn, Jacuzzi for 4 people for a relaxing holiday. A vegetable garden of 500 square metres will delight guests with its fresh produce.
The house does not have air conditioning because the presence of the hill that frames the property makes the climate absolutely temperate, with cool summers.

Guests have ample space for parking, a garden with lawn, an outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs and an area with a Jacuzzi. All areas of the villa are for exclusive use.
The villa is the ideal solution to enjoy a quiet area surrounded by nature and have a few km to the nearby tourist centers: Formia for shopping, the marina, the train station with trains to all destinations and ferries to the islands (Km. 11); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the Green Park of Monte Orlando and the medieval monuments of the historic center (Km. 13); Sperlonga with its characteristic center completely pedestrian island with white alleys and characteristic shops and archaeological sites (Km. 16). A little over an hour from Rome and Naples with trains every 30 minutes from Formia.
The hot tub is available from 01 May to 31 September, weather permitting.
