The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a heritage building without elevator.
Located near the famous Place de l'Opera where you can have the chance to be a few steps away from the famous monuments Palais Garnier or Louvre Museum or the Tuileries Gardens. the street bears the name of Antoine-Louis Lefebvre de Caumartin (1725-1803) member of an illustrious French aristocratic family, the Le Fevre de Caumartin, ennobled in 1400 by Charles VI. Antoine-Louis, marquis de Saint-Ange, count of Moret, was provost of the merchants of Paris when the street was opened at the beginning of the reign of Louis XVI.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- Living room with a sofa bed
- A dining table diner for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower ( no WC )
- 1 separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 2 with a double mattress
-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Getting Around:
5 minutes : Line 3,7,8 Metro station Opera
2 minutes : RER A, Station Auber

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
