The beach is at about 600 mt and you can reach it even on foot, in about 10 minutes: made up of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand, it is ideal for those who prefer to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to the central location of Bagnaia, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio, at just 12 km about. The nearest bus stop is at about 550 meters from the apartment. The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motorboats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; in downtown Bagnaia you can find all main services such as restaurants and pizzerias; cafés and ice cream shops; minimarket, newsstand; pharmacy; there is also an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
Appartamento Il Giardino con Vista (apt. for 2/3 guests): Part of a residential complex, this nice studio apartment of about 28 sqm. can accommodate up to three guests. It consists of an independent entrance where there is the kitchenette (equipped with gas burners, microwave and a small refrigerator), a pull-down double bed and a single bed; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, a large terrace overlooking the valley and the sea in distance, equipped with table, chairs and awning. Modern and functional furniture, with TV and air conditioning. Private parking space for 1 car; entrance to the residence’s pool for a maximum of three persons.

Arrival: check-in 4-7 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 p.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, etc. included. Final cleaning: € 90 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival).
