We booked here as the location was ideal between Poole and Bournemouth, it was away from all the hustle and bustle and beautifully set in a lovely quiet cul de sac. The house was beautiful, we arrived early evening and were astounded by the cleanliness of the house, there was a lovely HOME welcoming mat in the hallway with a downstairs WC, a large area at the bottom of the stairs to drop off our luggage without falling over it all. We were greeted by a very spacious living and dining area, large patio doors into a huge garden with a beautiful Oak tree and seating area underneath, we actually spotted a Jay bird in the garden. There was plenty of room in the garden for the children to run around and play. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed, including an air fryer! There was a recycling larger bin in the garden and a smaller bin for general waste which was good. The kitchen was very spacious and was very light and airy. There was an iron and ironing board, cooker, hobs and 4 sliced toaster, hoover, washing machine and dryer as well as a washing line in the garden. Upstairs was equally beautiful and spacious, the bathroom had a shower over bath, again light and airy. Both double bedrooms were spacious, clean and airy with a tv in each room and the 3rd bedroom was still a good size with a bunk bed with an additional pull out bed underneath. There was ample storage/drawers and space for 2 cars. The owners were lovely. Thank you so much Duncan and Tracey!
