"Petit Bijoux" is an exclusive villa with a maximum capacity of six people located in Can Picafort, less than two km from the beach.

As you enter the house, you will find a spacious and cosy dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to eight people. Next to the table, you will see a pellet cooker that brings a homely atmosphere to the room.

From the dining room, you can access the luxury kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is elegantly designed with a central island and large windows offering plenty of natural light.

The living room is located to the right of the dining room, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. This space is perfect for relaxing after dinner or enjoying a family movie.

The villa has three bedrooms. One of them has a private dressing room and the other two have large wardrobes. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They all have a double bed and air conditioning (hot and cold). In addition, two rooms have en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The third bathroom with shower is shared.

Outside, there is a beautiful lawned garden with a variety of trees and shrubs. There is a private swimming pool measuring 9.30m x 4.80m, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, and a separate pool for the children. There is a covered terrace with a large table and a yoga area.

Finally, the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning (hot and cold) and underfloor heating. The house has private parking on the property.
Please note that the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are not heated.
