"Bohemian Chic" is the style of this magnificent property with private pool and jaccuzi, which can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults + 2 children betweeen 2-12 years old). 4 bedrooms (3 queen and 1 king size) including a master suite. The Casa Prince is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya and surrounded by the paradisiacal beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, its luxuriant jungle and its cenotes.
LA CASA PRINCE has 4 bedrooms perfectly distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1 "Water" first floor: King size bed,located with exit to the pool and sunbathing areas of the villa.
- Bedroom 2 "Fire" 1st floor: King size bed with view to the pool.
- Bedroom 3 "Air" 1st floor: Queen size bed with jungle view.
- Bedroom 4 "Earth" 1st floor: Master suite/Queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom.
Features and amenities
- 3 full bathrooms strategically distributed in the 2 levels of the house.
- Living room: on the first floor where 2 children (beween 2 and 12 years old) can sleep, with direct access to the garden area.
- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen, access to the garden area.
- The whole house has air conditioners, fans and mosquito nets.
- Televisions on both floors have access to Netlix
The furniture was created by local artists and craftsmen. 80 / of the wood used comes from a tree that fell a hundred years ago in what is now our garden area.

2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

We are only 8 minutes away from Puerto Morelos, a magical fishing village with magnificent white sand beaches and turquoise water. Here you can go on exciting excursions through the jungle or take a boat trip to the Coral Reef, the second largest in the world and now converted into a national park for its protection.
Handicraft stores, supermarkets, typical open-air markets, beach clubs, restaurants where you can still eat with your feet in the sand or listen to live music; this typical Riviera Maya town has a particular charm that captivates.
