Villa Volterra is a charming villa with a private swimming pool located in the Florence area of Tuscany. It is the perfect place to relax or celebrate a special event while enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan countryside and the culture of Florence (40 km) and its surrounding villages. An old local railway passes nearby, and the villa is located 3 km from Vicchio, where you can find shops, restaurants, and a train station. There are several attractions nearby, including Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, and the Barberino Fashion Outlet, as well as a tennis court (shared with another villa).

Villa Volterra (230 sqm) develops over two levels.

In the basement you will find a sauna (with multi-sensory shower), a fitness room (with exercise equipment) and two games rooms - one with pool and football tables and one with tables and chairs for cards and board games and workstation facilities.

On the mezzanine level, you will find the entrance which leads to a living room (with fireplace, sofas, chairs), a TV room (with sofas, chairs, games table, satellite TV), a dining room (with table seating 14) and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher).
