absolutely robbed by cleaners and no empathy from manager regarding the problem

great location but property had fusty smell heating wouldnt work cooker wouldnt work phoned emergency number no answer sent email regarding problems was ignored until i conatacted them 2 weeks later by phone not good service at all just unacceptable
